  Just moved to Denver with my daughter and can’t get an apartment, so me and my daughter have been staying here for around 2 months so far and I have no complaints. Staff is super friendly and willing to help. Price is cheaper then getting a studio or 1 bedroom apartment. Has a kitchenette that’s allowed me to cook every night and with the full size fridge and cabinet space I’ve been able to make this place a home for the time being and really enjoy it.

  The staff is probably the best part of this location - thanks Faith for your wonderful attitude. The location is pretty good imo, it’s near many useful stores, services, restaurants, and roadways, and you can get out for a nice long walk in all directions. My room is comfortable, and I’m grateful for a stovetop as well as a full-sized refrigerator and microwave since my stay is long. Also love that it’s pet-friendly and I can do laundry on-site! Too bad you can’t work and stay at the same location!

  I had an entire month schedule to stay there since I am in the middle of moving here for a job. You say you’re pet friendly but yet you wanna charge for them. How is that pet friendly when you might as well let them rent their own room at the amount of money you want a day for them especially when my two dogs add up to 30lbs total. I won’t ever stay at one of these businesses nor will I ever recommend this place cause you are not pet friendly at all. Do you charge more for kids to stay with their parents since they are family members just like how my two little dogs are. I hope this place goes out of business since you lie on your website.

  If your looking for a safe place to stay, this is not it. We didn't have a telephone or an alarm clock in the room, which I find odd. There was a broken drawer in the night stand. I didn't feel comfortable allowing my child to sleep in a couch right next to the doorway. There were leaves on the floor as we opened our room for the first time which is very weird. Toilet was clogged asked for a plunger and the front desk didn't have one. We'd like a refund for our room for staying there. We didn't feel safe and people at the front desk were absolutely rude.

  The stay was short, but great. The prices were very reasonable. Everything was clean in the room and well maintained. Kyle at the front desk was very nice and so helpful in answering any questions we had. I'm considering a longer stay next time I happen to be in the DTC area.
