  Let me just say that the staff has really been awesome my entire stay. Today was a special day. Patrick took his time with me a couple weeks explaining how much I would save booking by the month. Even though I have been here for a couple months this was my first time actually doing it a Patrick was there again to lend a helping hand which made it easy an stress free. All the staff has always been friendly and helpful throughout my stay. And it really an and feels like home when they make sure the entire building stays clean, neat an sanitized. I highly recommend this extended stay to everyone. Thanks a bunch y’all are my extended family !!!!

  Plus - Rooms are good and clean when I checked in. Lobby hall is kept clean as well. Minus - There was no breakfast on 31st dec and 1st Jan. On asking, they just said we ran out yesterday. I mean, Really? Internet is down the entire day and patchy at other times. When I asked, they handed me a number to call internet provider and fix it. You have to ask for plates and other things, and they don't have them all as well. They don't inform that to you. Gym is a joke with 3 machines. Only 1 of them working. But sure looks good on photos!

  This place was an overpriced dump. The minute I stepped out of my vehicle there were vagrants and seedy people in the parking lot. The room I had was laid out nice but was lack luster at its best. The website said the kitchens were fully stocked with cups, silverware, plates, pans and cookware. THAT WAS A TOTAL LIE! I went to the front desk and requested what the website said they provided and I was told they only had plates and forks. I paid almost $1K for a 10 day stay. Just go somewhere else. This place is a trash heap. I did however like the location. There were several gas stations, grocery stores and restaurants near by but that has nothing to do with how terrible this place was. STAY WAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

  THE WORST PLACE EVER!!! The room was dirty, the microwave was not clean, the refrigerator was leaking water. The people above us was walking hard and stopping all night. Then the people next door were fighting and keeping my husband and I up all night long. This was the worst night ever and just the feeling of a room not clean makes you not wanting to sleep at all. I would not recommend this extended stay to anyone. Please go to the one next door they seem much cleaner. The only reason why we came to this one is because the one next door was booked. Please go elsewhere you will not get any sleep.

  Edited to say... We ended up leaving without spending the night here and drove back home to Tennessee instead. I always hate leaving bad reviews but I do it when necessary because I don't want other travelers to have the same poor experience. The front desk staff Noel was anything but friendly upon check in. The hallways smell horrible and they're hot. The room seemed okay but the bathroom sink began leaking from the cabinet when we washed our hands. We left our little dog in the room while we went to a concert which was very helpful considering he has to travel with us. However, when we got back to the hotel, we found a cockroach crawling in the room. The short period of time I sat on the bed, it seemed comfortable... The TV worked before we left but when we got back it said "no signal" for each channel. For handicapped visitors, the location's entrances are not convenient. The location itself was great as it was a short drive from the concert venue and has a shell and waffle house in the neighboring parking lot. We tried to eat at the waffle house but they said they were temporarily closed so I can't recommend them either. I will say the location feels safe. It's bad when you have to consider only paying for the hotel room for a place where your dog stays while you're at a concert. We're not thrilled about the idea of sleeping here.
