  will never go through this company ever again! they pick up and drop off and every time they drop off my bill gets more drastic. they add pounds to your laundry I weighed it myself. this time they charged me $50 for a bag of laundry. She said she added a package which I don't even know what that is. I've washed suitcases and laundry bags and it was less. don't go here they do very shady business, they are NOT an honest company. next time I'll just take a cab to the laundry mat and drop it off myself so I don't get scammed again, I pay less taking a cab there and back than going through this shady company.
