  I've had nothing but positive experiences every single time I shop here. I've come to this location at their busiest and they slowest days and I've gotten exceptional service each time. Every time I come to this location the staff is extremely kind and helpful. They're not condescending and they even remember us each time we come. Every time we've needed something that wasn't on the sales floor the staff consistently took time to go to the back and check if they had it there. I'm extremely satisfied with the staff here and will continue to keep coming to this very location anytime my husband and I need something from express because the employees that run this store always make our experience a very positive one.

  The service is horrible. I asked the manager if i can try on an outfit and she denied me simply because the needed size was in the back of the store. I was told that the size wasnt in stock but a minute later i over heard the lady conversating with a coworker telling her she lied and really didnt want to look for my desired size in the back.

  the worst employees in green acres mall. Absolutely horrible. I walked into the store and the manager saw me and immediately called for one of the associates. I thought maybe she was busy so I understood. Nobody came out for 5 minutes. For the next 5 minutes the manager consistently called for an associate while she could have been helping me the whole time. Someone finally came out and eventually helped someone else. I'm filing a complaint because I was treated horribly.
