  Went to get change to use the machine gave the lady a twenty and when she handed me the change I noticed the bills where off I told her they were off and I was not taking them. She got mad and asked me to leave. If you go there always be careful with the money they hand you.

  Giving this place one star after the last time I went there. This laundromat only takes cash and now I see why. April 5th I went to do laundry and asked the lady who worked there for change for a $20. She gave me change but she gave me a bill that was fake. I had no idea at the same. I never use cash except for when I need to go to the laundry mat. So when I tried to use the bill she gave me a different day I came to wash clothes, a different lady was there and made a fuss and said to me they never would have done that because they have a fraud pen. My fiancé had to get involved with her because he knows how upset I can get. I have no reason to lie and I’m there every week washing clothes. But scamming people out of their hard working money is disgusting. Now I’ll be washing at a different laundromat in Harlem. DON’T GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET FRAUD BILLS BACK AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

  Ridiculous BS place that does not take debit cards and is all around stupidly run. Their payment machine does not work and took more cash than I wanted to put in. The staff is all around rude and wants to lecture you for being frustrated because their machines eat all your bills. This clerk went into the bathroom multiple times within a half hour and then blamed me for making a mess in there (I went in only once to wash my hands) just because i was at a machine right next to the restroom (this place is tiny to begin with so there are only 10 washers which were all full) really don't get why she went in there 3 times within 30 min... just to nitpick and complain... and for some of the washers, there is not a way to regulate the temperature. I have no idea if all my stuff was washed under hot or not. Will update after the stuff comes out. Personally I rent a storage space a block away so I thought to do my laundry here. I only have 2 hours to be in and out, so sorry if I need to be at a laundromat that can actually function within a decent amount of time. Now I rather walk a half mile to do my darn laundry elsewhere. Stupid entitled rude terribly run place!!

  I kinda hate it. Instead of quarters you have to BUY a cash card that can only be used here. If your a frequent customer that might be fine but it's pretty inconvenient for me who came to wash big bulky things I couldn't do at home. Furthermore there is no human interaction. No manager or anything manning the shop. Kind if impersonal that way. I dislike it.
