  Very low stock of everything. Rude af. Hair looked terrible and worn. You ask them questions, they act like they’re doing you a favor by answering . Ok, since you don’t want my $300-500 for this scragggly pony hair I’ll go down the street to D’hair, Lola’s, Virgin where they have proper stock and good customer service

  So far so good my second time buying I messed up my wavy bundles frying them with a 40vol developer...wnt do that again pics coming soon

  The people that work there don’t give good service. Always on their phone and get an attitude when you need help. The workers Don’t even know the products very well.

  I’ve purchased two units from this place and I thought they were great so I recommended them to my cousin. When we arrived, we were greeted by the manager who didn’t seem interested to sell us anything. He spoke low and looked annoyed when my cousin was asking him questions about the different units so she ended up wanting to leave. Celebrities make you prominent but customers keep your business open. Smh.

  I arrived at the store at 7:30 thinking the store closed at 8pm and I reconized the store manager sitting in a shop right next door who re-opened the store just so I could get my bundles. He was super friendly and answered every question I had without a problem. I wish I could give a 10 star rating. This definitely wont be my last time coming to Exotic Hair. ☺️☺️☺️
