  Been using Chris for several years and have not had any issues. Once something had to be redone, but it was not a problem, and did not charge.

  Dry cleaning on a $100 shirt left a black stain unremovable. Got 5 pairs of pants hemmed there, they hemmed 3 pairs uneven. On the phone, "Chris" refused to refund me he laughed on the phone and didn't care. I now have to spend over $300 on new pants and to get them re-hemmed elsewhere. DO NOT go here 0 customer service.

  Very bad customer service. I noticed on my receipt they charged me the coat price for a jacket. The cashier explained longer jackets cost more. I acknowledged understanding but reiterated I have brought this same jacket in multiple times and was charged more than the normal jacket price but not the coat price. The response was that "it doesn't matter if it is a coat or not, I have to pay the coat price". She offered to discuss with her boss but since he was the one that took my clothes, what good would that do...I'm finding a new dry cleaner!

  PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE!!! VERY RUDE AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY RUINED MY WHITE SUIT THAT I WEAR ONCE A MONTH. IT HAD YELLOW DISCOLORATION AROUND THE COLLAR. CHRIS WAS VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND DID WANT TO CORRECT THE SITUATION. HE WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE ME HIS NAME AT FIRST (NOT EVEN HIS LAST NAME). BELIEVE ME, SAVE YOUR MONEY, TIME AND GAS. DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE. TRUST ME

  Please check your clothes before you leave. They burnt two of my shirts. Go back and the guy being extremely rude, says its food stains. Really? When even the laundry tags are not taken off. Brand new, white & blue Tommy shirts burnt. And the guy says it just cannot happen with the machines he has. I wish there was a way to paste/upload pictures. Best to stay away.
