  The room was on the 18th floor, but there was no view. The room had two double beds that were amazingly comfortable but the room was disappointingly small. My sister booked it but if I had, I would have gotten a better room on a lower floor. The hotel was nice but the room wasn't worth it.

  Not really a 5 star hotel, maybe 3. Just a renovated floor.

  Loved the hotel, location and the staff. Especially Dolores and John! Great people, very helpful.

  The whole experience was great, including breakfast! Delores and John were the most friendly people we met in the city! Great service and great food!

  Great hotel!! The house keeper cleaner our room was wonderful and gave us extra coffee, also, you know the hotel is great when their complimentary in room coffee is an espresso machine! The room wasn't super big, but that is to be expected in NYC. Only annoying thing was that they were painting all the walls in the lobby so part of it was always blocked off and the other part was subquentially really crowded.
