  Hey so my name is Alyssa, as you may notice. So, I use to be a frequent constomer here at Exlusive Laundromat but I changed to a modern and friendlier laundromat called Express Laundromat, that's just 2 blocks away from this not so good laundromat. Anyways back to the review, so I'm here on Easter Sunday, because my favorite laundromat was closed for the holiday and this place was pretty empty. I forgot a bag at home so I asked the women working her ,if she can just make sure no one messes with my machine that had clothes in it already, plus I put scented beads in it so I couldn't take it out. First she took 5 mins to just put a tag on someones dry cleaning, then she said" no I can't watch your stuff". But I told her" I'm only gonna take 10 mins", I live near by. Then she said," don't take long ". I highly recommend Express Laundromat not this place. Hope my review was heplful. P.s. I save more money at Express Laundromat. Using quarters is so annoying compared to outing cash on a card.

  The worst laundromat ever. Never never ever drop your clothes there. All the time some pieces are disappear. When asked where are my stuff, started screaming.

  There is a russian lady in charge who treats their customers with no respect especially when dropping off for dry cleaning services. I miss the previous owner with 24 hrs service. Now these people took over, they close early and customer service is horrendous. I do not recommend anyone to come here.

  Horrible slow lazy ppl work here. This is a business and they use all washers/ dryers/ baskets for themselves and customers have no choice but to wait. They close at 10 and start to clean at 8 and want you to move out of there way. Un healthy they clean the dirt from the dryer while you are pulling your clothes out of they dryer so now your clothes are dirty and you have no choice but to breathe in this dirty. My child has breathing problems and I asked if they can't wait a few minutes to I move out of the way and the lady said no. NOT GOOD....

  Always lose my clothes at this place and the manager plays dumb saying its not there until I go myself and find it hiding behind the counter. Worst place to wash your clothes.
