  I am so thankful to have discovered this practice. The initial session was more than I could have ever expected. If you want behaviors or thought process directed in a positive direction, do not wait another day!   I went in for anxiety and panic attacks after months of debating it. I'm so very glad that I did. I felt more relaxed the first day and the second day felt like a breeze. I have another appointment coming up and I can't wait to find our how I will feel after!

  Me. Lamb has been a true, kind and understanding doctor. Since meeting him my life has not been the same. I was dealing with heavy drinking, no desire to workout and sugar cravings. Since Jan. 2 I have had no alcohol, sweets and lost 16 pounds from healthy eating and exercise. I am recommending my friends come to him. He is a life changer in my opinion.

  While I have had a passing interest in hypnosis, I never thought I’d actually try it.Then a friend of my wife mention going to Phillip and that after one session she had given up alcohol and soft drinks. So I decided to try him with weight loss. I went in with an open mind and after only one session I had lost my desire for sweets. I am down ten pounds, so far. Phillip was easy to work with and obviously it has been working. I would readily recommend him to anyone who has issues to work on with hypnotherapy.

  I wasn’t sure if hypnosis would work for me, but I went into it with an open mind as I was willing to try anything to treat my anxiety. From the moment I met Philip, I felt at ease. He was very astute at understanding and empathizing with the root causes of my anxiety. He is warm and extremely professional, and was very successful at treating my anxiety with hypnosis. The hypnosis has drastically reduced the anxiety I experience on a daily basis, and I would recommend Philip at Evolve Hypnosis to anyone who is attempting to improve their emotional quality of life!
