  1 of the best adult decisions I’ve made as of recent, awesome culture, people. This place is truly for everyone. I highly would recc anyone in the fense getting in contact and seeing it for yourself.

  I did my due diligence before choosing a gym for my 2 boys. I knew from our first class at EGA that this place was special. Coach Mike Palladino took an immediate interest in each child and they loved every moment of training. He has a way of making his students rise to his high expectations and makes it look easy. He, Adam and Manny clearly love what they do and they cultivate an atmosphere of mutual respect and healthy competition. Bring your kids here. You will be glad you did.

  An outstanding place to train on all accounts. I’ve been in the industry of teaching martial arts for two decades. This place has it all: great location and big mat space as well as a fantastic instructor and culture in the academy that he promotes.

  I have been a student at this academy for 2+ years under Mike Palladino. I can't say enough good things about the way he is towards his students. He is always right there to assist with a technique if someone doesn't quite get it right away and he is always very thorough on every technique he shows. The environment in that gym is something you have to experience for yourself...all the students are friendly and all the instructors are highly qualified. If you're in the Hudson Valley area and are looking for a place to train martial arts, this place is simply the best around.

  Knowledgeable and great instructor. Check. Welcoming group of people. Check. Amazing workout. Check. Great atmosphere. Check. Hygiene. Check. Various Martial Arts. Check. Can’t find anything but positive things to say about this place. If you have any interest in martial arts this is the place to be!
