::Ordered flowers for mother's day online, and then left a voicemail a few days later to change delivery to be a day earlier (on Saturday). They called me back quickly and were very pleasant. Day of delivery I got a voicemail from the driver saying that no one was coming to the door; however, I caught the voicemail too late. I called him 45 minutes later. He was driving and pulled over in order to speak to me. He remembered everything about the house (he'd done many deliveries that day), assessed the situation and realized that if he stuck the flowers into an empty pot that was on the porch, it would be hidden from the street behind a short wall. My mom came out and found it easily. And to top it all off, they were BEAUTIFUL. Even stuck a little butterfly in there for an extra really lovely touch. I will order from this place as long as my parents live in Everett! Really outstanding. Couldn't be happier with the service and the product both! Thanks guys.
