We bought a Ever rest mattress from Rooms to Go..i have sciatica nerve, and i hate to go to bed at night..i wake up with my feet and legs numb, and this morning i was up at 1am..i cried out in pain..it felt like needles in my leg. It started doing this when we got this mattress, i believe it's making my sciatica worse..they won't take the mattress back..

My husband and I have bought 4-5 mattress sets from Everest over the past 25 years, as we added children to our household and replaced other sets. We've always had a good experience with them and the prices are right. We had only one issue with a mattress that we purchased - and they replaced it. The sales manager - Dale, is super nice and tells it like it is. I recommend this company if you need a nice but inexpensive mattress set.

I bought three mattresses from them over a 20+ year period and have had great success. The flip-over manufacturing has made the life span way longer than the warranty covers. My 10- Elite year mattress is now been around for 14+ years and only now with an added partner on the bed will I get a new one. My guest bedroom has used a cheaper 5- year model and is going strong after 12 years. I look forward to stopping by and trying out the latest models soon. You will be happy with Everest.

We purchased a mattress w/12 yr warranty and it failed after 2 1/2 years. When we called to exercise our warranty we were told they would come to our house, take pictures, submit them to the factory and then determine if it should be repaired. We had them out to the house, they took their pictures and then weeks went by. I called to follow up and were told the pics were no good, they needed to come back. I explained that we had taken time off work to accommodate them and that it was a hassle to have them out again but reluctantly set up a time for a 2nd visit. The day they were scheduled to come, they called and cancelled on us. They then agreed to just replace it. We scheduled delivery of a replacement mattress and the day of the scheduled delivery they called and said their truck broke down. We tried to arrange for anther delivery time but were told they would only deliver on a Thursday at a TBD time. I explained that we had already missed 3 days of work trying to get our mattress replaced and that it would be difficult to get another day off. I was told Thursday is the only day they would deliver and if that didn't work, we could come get it ourselves. I explained i drove a small car and was told to bungee it to my roof then. With no other choice, I arranged for the following Thursday. They came, delivered and left all their trash and packaging on our front porch. When I call their store, they rarely answer the phone and never return messages. After about 2 months of calling and getting the run around from everyone we talked to we finally got a replacement mattress. SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE, DON'T BUY FROM EVEREST MATTRESS!!!!

I bought a mattress from Everrest about eight months ago. It has a significant sag down the middle that developed within months. I called the staff at Everrest Mattres and they sent an employee to my house to investigate. The employee, after attempting to convince me that the sag was non existant, proceeded to claim that it was normal for their products. My previous mattress, which cost exactly the same amount, lasted eight years before developing a sag. I really, deeply wanted to support a local business, but this is unfortunately an awful product supported by languid service. The staff really likes to talk to you like they are industry leaders - and I'm sure they believe they are - but the products they sell are disappointingly sub-par compared to equivalently priced alternatives. I'm budgeting for a new mattress as soon as possible because this is sadly unpleasant to sleep on, and I will have to begrudgingly return to a name brand store after being so thoroughly let down by the faith I put in a local business.
