::I’m only giving them one star because I can’t give 0. A week ago I scheduled for a hair appointment for today at 3 pm. I was promised that I would receive a phone call a few days before my appointment but that never happened. Then today I was in my car about to leave for my appointment and I receive a call saying they were 3 hours behind and they had to cancel my appointment. May I mind you that this was 40 minutes before my appointment that they decided to give me a call. The lady then put me on hold for 8 minutes and said she could get me in on Monday at 1:30. I specifically told her that I work 7:30-5:30 M-F and I leave next weekend for a wedding. I desperately needed to get my hair done so I wasn’t stressing about how bad it looked while I was away. This business is VERY unprofessional. I usually check out reviews before I go somewhere and saw this place had almost 5 stars but looks can be so deceiving. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

::The actual services were amazing. However, there is no quiet room. You can sit by the pool which is open to all hotel guests and shares a glass wall with the gym. The hot tub is next to the pool and while I was in the hot tub, a sweaty man came straight from the gym to rinse off in the hot tub.

::Facial and massage are so relaxing. Definitely recommend. A bit pricey but worth it.

::The facial was very good but the amenities were not as promised. I was looking to use the sauna and steam room. I tried the steam room several times and finally got the attention of the front desk. They blamed it on the engineering staff at the hotel. When I then talked to the Assistant Manager she was no more helpful. I suggested the team of people at the desk should check the amenities everyday to make sure they work. Like if the pool has no water. Very poor customer service and no one taking responsibility for making sure the experience is as promised. Nancy Blough

::Lindsay Wainscott at Evan Todd gave me a wonderful pedicure! I especially liked how she took her time during the foot massage. She knows what she is doing and it was super pleasant. I will ask for her again. :)
