  I went to Eurostyle to get a slab of marble but they did not have a piece that I liked. They suggested I go to Norwalk, Ct, where they get some of their inventory. I live in Westchester County, NY and it's a 45 minute ride to Norwalk, Ct. I picked out a beautiful marble slab. The slab was sent to Eurostyle, where they cut and installed it in my kitchen. The remaining part of the slab I wanted to use for an island but not at that moment (I needed measurements and to see if an island would work.) I was told I must leave a $250.00 non refundable deposit on the slab and was assured that it would not be sold to anyone else, "your name is on it, don't worry." This was very important since I wanted my kitchen to match, (for those of you who aren't familiar with marble, every slab is different, kind of like a finger print). When I returned to Eurostyle, Martin, the owner, told me that my slab had been sold, without my knowledge, although he still held my $250.00 nonrefundable deposit. This left me no choice but to pick out another slab of marble. After making 2 additional visits to the showroom, I managed to find another slab of marble that I thought would work. I was told it would cost me a total of $700.00 less the $250.00 deposit, leaving me a balance of $450.00. The evening before delivery, Eurostyle called and I spoke with Martin, who told me it would cost me an additional $150.00 leaving the balance $600.00. Why? So in a nutshell, they sold my marble slab and charged me an additional $150.00 for my second choice of marble slab. Instead of recognizing their mistake, they penalized me. Is this any way to do business? I don't think so and was very disappointed.

  By Far one of the best Contractors Ive ever seen. Martin is miles past the competition. Nothing is a problem, issue or drama. He can solve any and every issue without the hurt that goes with it. I would use him again and again. Absolute pleasure to deal with and extremely fair pricing. His hidden talent is he designs. He doesn't just sell stone or kitchens he creates better then the interior designer. His ideas are rooted in his experience and willingness to do the job right and take time doing it. He never rushed or cut a corner, in fact if something required extra work to make it better it was done. His change order prices make you keep adding to the job...
