  I can't even express how pleased I was with this place. Farzana was my specialist and she did an INCREDIBLE job. She was gentle, sweet, carried conversation, and left my eyebrows looking better than they have in a long while. I can't wait to go back!

  I love how chill this location is. I always go to Kristina ( I’m not sure if I’m spelling it correctly ) and she never disappoints. She’s quick and efficient and always remembers my name. They are very lucky to have workers like her on board that make the process pleasant because let’s be honest there’s nothing fun about getting waxed lol. Keep up the good work guys

  European Wax Center at 805 Columbus Ave is incredible. The customer service of every single person who has checked me in, checked me out, called me for appoint reminders, and answered my calls is wonderful. I know, because I was an Aveda salon manager for over 4 years. The staff here knows me by name (and I'm trying to learn all theirs!). They're kind. Most importantly, they're personable. Not just robots designed to check-in/check-out/book/sell/etc. Kami does my brows and that girl is magic. So sweet, kind, and always remembers exactly where we left off talking the last time I was in. I will never go anywhere else.

  I'm so glad EWC opened a few years ago on Columbus Ave and 99th Street. Andrea is my go to aesthetician! She is fantastic and I always feel like a million bucks after I see her. Andrea is very professional and very friendly. If you are knew to the neighborhood and need someone for your beauty needs, you should book a session with Andrea.

  This location is very clean and the staff is very professional. I had a Brazilian and my under arms done by Juliette F. And she was extremely patient, informative and nice. She gave me the results I was looking for and I just finished booking my second appointment with her. 😊
