  Amanda and Myra are both excellent!! I have PCOS and go waxing more often than most women. They both make it a point to make sure there is no hair and I am satisfied every time. :)

  Nicole did a TERRIBLE JOB with my eyebrows. They look like one is a box with a tail, and one that’s a circle with a tail. Never go to NICOLE. She didn’t take off hair that was clearly visible and took off hair that shaped my eyebrows, that used to be nice and thick. NEVER GO TO NICOLE. Should be fired.

  The salon is clean, the girls at the front desk are friendly and was willing to answer any questions I had, but that was not my issue. The technician called me in never introduced herself to me, so I never got a name. I had full legs, Brazilian, and under arms. As she was waxing I had to ask her to do my toes (I've been waxing for 10+ years never had to ask for this service, always been included) but every place is different, I also asked for my bellybutton as well. She never informed me that this was an additional charge. When we were done she put some serum on me and said it's good for ingrown hair. Never cleaned off the excess wax or gave me a hot towel or even some wet wipes to clean myself. She dismissed me, took me up to the front and handed the receptionist a bottle of the serum and said this is what we spoke about, (all you said was it's for ingrown hair nothing else) but expect me to purchase it. I was upset that she never double checked her work nor did she show pride by cleaning up the extra wax. I came home to find hair still in certain areas and wax on my pants very annoying after I bought a 500$ package. However I did make a future appointment with another technician. As I said the salon was clean and they are very pleasant unfortunately the technician was not up to my standard.
