  One staff employee needs to take a class on courtesy & behavior. She gave me the finger this morning when by chance she pulled up next to me on the road and when she couldn't get out of her car and I couldn't move anywhere. She squeezed out of her car and gave me the finger several times. This is not the way to start off the day not is it professional in any way to do such things shows that you have zero respect for human beings. I would never want someone like her treating me. She should get classes on being nice, starting today.

  The girls at the desk are very friendly. I have a very erratic schedule and they are always as accommodating as possible when I need to change my appointment time. My regular waxer is Madeline. She is gentle and easy to talk to, which totally puts a person at ease. I've recommended her to two of my friends who were looking to have these services done.

  By far the best waxing experience! I have been coming here religiously for the past two years now. I previously used a private waxer whom I discovered was double dipping! (YUCK) The location is very clean and I am happy to say that hygiene is their top priority! They use a new stick every time they dip into the wax pot! Not only is it less painful than the traditional strip wax method, but their signature wax significantly slows my hair growth! I would highly recommend Madeline to do your wax as well, she's the best!!!

  Receptionists are super friendly, they remember me when I come in and great me by name. ❤️ It feels so welcoming. I usually see age edits cause she is the best waxer there. Kind, patient, and caring of my experience. She also is the fastest without hurting me and making me feel comfortable. My waxes come out the best by her!! All around great experience👌🏽

  Clean, nice and cozy facility to get the best waxing in the area. The prices are a little higher than the prices offered by other places offering similar services however, the place is really worth to pay a visit. Ask for Whitney or Briana - they are just great. Committed to their work, making you fell comfortable and welcome. Products such as lotions and post-wax gels really work. Thank you, guys!
