  They say your eye brows are supposed to look like sister's ...well they made my eye brows look like step sisters . Told me your so pretty ..... Ended up burning my skin and around my lips, Never going back.

  Paid $50 for something I could've paid $30 elsewhere. They wanted to charge $5 to cut my cuticles which I consider part of the nail. When I told the last nevermind about cutting my cuticle, she had an attitude. She was rough with me as well, while she had her filing machine on she pulled my right hand closer to her with her left hand and when she did that the filing machine in her right hand was on and scraped at my right arm. I would not be coming here again.

  Came in over an hour before closing- I told her I was getting married, and I normally just get gel, they suggested I get a tip and dip. The color ended up being completely different from what I chose (first time getting dip, so I just assumed the powder changed after?) She was rough and caused me to bleed. And then she didn't shape my nails, I politely asked her if she could round them. She hardly shaped them at all-told me I needed to wash my hands when I came back she was gone. also a man brought me wine- nice- but then he kept telling me to drink up, and made weird comments about how he wanted my mom to come in so he could meet her and be her guy. Along with other super unprofessional comments to my friend about being her backup boyfriend. Overall strange and uncomfortable experience.

  Came into this nail shop with my hopes high, other reviews led me to believe that this nail salon was going to be top of the line, and it was everything but that. My friend and I were and have been in search for a nail salon that actually does what we ask them and does a quality job. We walked in and we're immediately sat down, we chose our colors and the technicians began on our nails. My technician was some what rough when drilling my nails off. Then after he took the previous dip I had on, he didn't do everything that normally is done. I asked him to file them down as short as he could, and he didn't. He finished doing a mediocre job on my nails and it came time to pay. The lady at the front desk told me it would be $45. Normally I have no problem paying the typical price for dip nails, which is usually anywhere to $35-$40. But when the lady told me $45 I was a little taken aback. If the quality of the nails was as high as the price I wouldn't have been so reluctant to return, but it being a week later and 5 of my nails have either chipped or cracked, I will not return to European Nail Spa.
