  TOM DESERVES 5!!! He has been nothing but amazing to me! Without him this place would go down the drain!! Art (the manager) deserves -500 Stars! I came for a simple tire change and it was pretty packed so he told me around 2 hours! He wanted to sell me new tires even though my tires were new! After I said I don't want new tires since mine a practically new he was clearly upset. After 2 hours I went to the reception and would ask Art how much longer, he would give an annoyed look at threw a piece of paper for me to sign! I got a upset asked for a supervisor and he had changed his attitude immediately and tried to be really understanding that they are packed! And I've been waiting for 2.5 hours by the time he was done. I went back outside and absolutely nothing was happening after 3 hours I went back inside asking what is going on same reaction. Tom was so kind apologizing for his managers terrible behavior towards me. I recorded the entire conversation I had with Art to prove in case he would decline everything! I'll be now in touch with his supervisor and will present him the recordings!! After exactly 4.15 hours Tom came out, again apologizing for everything and actually charged me 0 for all the inconvenience from Art! I would give that place 5 STARS but Art is taking this place down! TOM FOR MANAGER!!!!!

  I have not been here since 2010 due to the mechanics not working consistently in order to solve the main issue in the vehicle. Due to long wait times even with appointments and mechanics always thinking they are right. For example, today I proved to one of the mechanics about the issue I had in my car. He said he did not hear a noise in the engine. I had to sit down in my car and also open the hood of my car to make him listen to it. I knew he felt dumbfounded but yeah lo and behold I heard excellent reviews recently online and also about an individual named, Tom. I had made an appointment earlier during the week to come in today in which I did bright and early at 7 AM. Turns out there was a line already and it seemed like a first come serve basis. The work that I had to do on my car should have taken 2-3 hours at most but ended up being a little more than 6 hours. I was not too happy until something happened. Today I was finally able to meet the man, the myth, the legend (TOM) and I was not disappointed. He spoke to me professionally and assisted me step by step with the situation with great communication skills and great customer service skills. Tom went above and beyond to help me and I really appreciate his hard work. I was nervous coming back here after 8 years but I would like to say after meeting Tom I will return. Without Tom this place would crumble to the ground. I commend him for his very hard work and will come back again. SO PRETTY MUCH THIS 5 STAR IS FOR YOU! :)

  Today at the circle on Allwood road my brakes went - I came into EDT and spoke with the front desk. Within minutes they had my Jeep on the lift, brought me to the car and showed me EXACTLY what was wrong. Exactly what I should do and Exactly what it would cost. They are Not like other shops I’ve dealt with. Honesty and integrity are 1st here. Thank god I came here and not some other shop who would take advantage. I’m still here typing this. They are great.

  Being new to NJ I was in need of a trustworthy place to bring me car. I had a great experience at ETD Discount Tire Center. The service is great and extremely thorough. I originally went for a simple oil change, but learned that due to replacing a single tire in the past my alignment was off and was in need of new tires due to the wear. Tommy took the time to show me the tires and discuss what options I had. He gave me options for tire replacements and provided the ones on sale. Moreover he provided additional discounts as I was a AAA member. I would highly recommend ETD Discount Tire Center because the staff are friendly, trustworthy, and always willing to explain everything they are doing with frequent updates throughout. They do get busy so I recommend getting there early when they open if possible.
