  I'm editing my origional review which is at the end of this update. I Had four new tires installed and balanced for my vehicle waited 3 hours that day and left there with a vibration . I finally got an opportunity to go back there and sat at ETD almost three hours to have my four tires balanced again only to be told when I left that only three of them weren't balanced correctly I laughed and told the guy at the counter I guess he made a mistake bouncing the one correctly. No apology at all for wasting my time to come back and get the tires rebalanced that I paid for the first time .. maybe they should teach their guys how to use the wheel balancing machine correctly. Fast courteous service highly recommend this place when you need tires or a tire fixed

  This shop took good care of me and my car is driving like new. I am amazed and super happy customer and will for now on take my vehicle to this shop. I like they attitude either do it right or don't do it at all. The best thing of all is they take your firestone card that is another plus I was very welcome at this location. They have amazing warranty on all the work and parts have life time AMAZING. Once again thank you all for your great job.

  I recently went into ETD in Englewood to inquire about a suspension noise on my 2000 Toyota Avalon. The sound was clearly coming from the rear of the vehicle. After their ASE Certified technician test drove my vehicle I was told by the salesman at the desk that the vehicle needs shocks, struts, and front end links. I questioned the salesman again stating the sound is coming from the rear and not the front. The salesman than insured me that it was the shocks, struts and front end links. He quoted me $1,700 for parts and labor. I left and got a second opinion elsewhere. The mechanic I went to for a second opinion looked at the vehicle and determined that the passenger side rear sway bar link bolt was stripped. Causing the sway bar to clunk from being loose when driving over bumps. It cost me $50 to make the repair the correct way. Avoid dealing with this company as they just want to sell you parts that you don't even need. Even with the parts the salesman said would fix the problem truly wouldn't have. I saved myself $1,650 from going to a local mom and pop mechanic. I truly believe the salesmen and the mechanics that are employed here are not skilled enough to work on costumers vehicles and accurately diagnose a problem. They just want to throw parts at a car and hope it fixes it.

  I had an excellent experience with the guys at ETD yesterday. I purchased tires from them at a competitive price and then had them mount and balance my new wheels/tires on the car. I had some extra goodies with me (hub centric rings and new wheel locks) which were put on with care. I also got an alignment which was much needed after a hard winter. Jay took care of me while I was there. Everyone at ETD was friendly and professional. The waiting room is clean and has plenty of space with WiFi so I was able to get work done while I waited. I've been a long time customer of ETD and will continue to be one in the future.

  Very knowledgeable and the most polite staffs ever experienced in auto industry. Jason was very professional and surprised by the high level of customer service. I felt genuine interests of helping customers them.
