  Most freight companies use 18 wheelers to transport your goods, but apparently Estes uses donkeys, seeing as it has taken them 5 business days to go 940 miles from NJ to St Louis and they still have 1200 miles to go before they arrive at the destination in Phoenix. Mind you, an Estes rep told me before I shipped the goods that the shipment would be delivered in 5 days (today) and as of today, they aren’t even halfway. You’d be better off strapping your shipment to the shell of a tortoise or if you’re in a rush (I mean, if you want your goods shipped cross country and delivered in 5-7 business days), don’t choose Estes, go with Roadrunner Freight or literally anyone else instead.
