  No sé como es el servicio de lunes a viernes, pero el sábado es terrible. Dure esperando por mas de dos horas para ser atentida. El staff no es muy amable. Casi que ni les importa nada de lo que tu digas. La del laboratorio ni el saludo respondió. No entiendo para qué trabajan en atención al público si no les gusta lo que deben hacer! Las salas estaban llenas de gente que también llevaba mucho tiempo esperando para ser atendida. Un olor terrible provenía del baño; el televisor no funcionaba; y lo peor ir en ayunas para nada. Cuando por fin me atendieron ya estaban cerrando el laboratorio. No me hicieron los examenes! Y dice el doctor tranquila los toma el lunes siguiente!

  They treated me with care and respect! All of my needs were met because I couldn't get to my provider while being homebound and I still currently am.

  Multiple bad experiences. They insisted on performing unnecessary tests not related to the reason I was there. When medicine was prescribed, the doctor did not give me a physical script and failed to call it in to the pharmacy. I ended up not being able to fill my prescription until the FOLLOWING DAY. As the other reviewer stated, the front desk staff are quite nice but if you're looking for quality medical care, beware. The clinicians seem more interested in doing extra procedures they can bill to your insurance company than addressing the issue at hand, which will cost you extra copayments. Avoid them if you possibly can!

  The staff and front desk are wonderful and the place is clean... this Review is only based on the orthopaedic Dr.Danilo H. Sotelo-Garza... He showed no Quality Care.. he refused to listen to my complaints and then falsified my Medical report...
