  Esoterica has very good customer service. They really care that you are satisfied with their services. I left unhappy last time, and made the mistake of not saying anything. They had also forgotten to give me the deep conditioning treatment that was included on the group on because it wasn't booked correctly. They offered for me to come back to get the treatment and blow out with a hot tool (usually $10 upcharge). I returned for an appointment with Mercy. She was courteous, asked me if I wanted a drink (wine, beer, water), and checked with me about water temperature, pressure for the head massage, etc. She was also good at keeping the conversation going. These are all nice things, but what really made me impressed was how good my hair looked with just a blowout with a round brush. A world of difference from my first visit. Then with the use of a curling iron, my hair looked amazing! See my picture for reference (the one without the penguin). Esoterica has a deal for 4 blowouts at $89, which is pretty good. I recommend spending the extra $10 to use a hot tool for extra volume. I highly recommend getting a blowout with Mercy. She's very good with a round brush and making your hairstyle the way you want it.

  They are fantastic! Excellent customer service! They really do fantastic work and are super polite! Best people ever!

  Best experience with a hair cut in a long time. Fun atmosphere. Professional. Incredible coloring services. Plenty of parking.
