  I can't say enough good things about Emily. In a nutshell, she is a compassionate, honest, efficient, and hard working attorney. I cant thank her enough for being 100% committed to my cases. I hired Emily 3 and 1/2 years into my petition process, after my husband and stepson's petitions had been denied. Emily had a short time frame to respond to them and got started right away. She was working on weekends and during the Memorial day holiday in order to complete the responses to the denied petitions in a timely fashion. I wish I had hired Emily since the beginning of the entire process but, thought that with mounting evidence of my bonafide marriage I could do this alone. Unfortunately, some immigration officer's don't follow the rules of the law and will deny a case simply because they don't like you or, they lack integrity when it comes to reviewing their assigned cases. Please, if you have an immigration case, get legal help. You never know who's hands your case will fall in.
