  This place is a joke. Sat in the waiting room for over an hr before i left. Was only there for so called Dr. Matthews to review the mri and tell me whats wrong 5 min apt. The hell with this place. Be warned not the best doc's here. I think the VA is better then this place

  I wouldn't recommend anyone to Dr Castaneda, didn't diagnosed my child's MRI properly. Went to a different Dr. Got a second opinion found out my child didnt need brain surgery had me thinking my child was gonna die which caused tremendous stress. Was very unprofessional and disrespectful and rude with a huge ego after I told him about his incorrect diagnosis which came from another surgeon. Doesn't listen to parents with kids who can't speak for themselves. Many parents had the same complaints and went to another doctor.

  We are seeing Dr. Castenada and he is fantastic. He talks to our child and makes them a part of the procedure. The staff have been fantastic.

  PLEASE do not go here. The staff is rude and incompetent. The doctors want to send you on test after test, saying they need more and more information for no reason. My son first had a 24 hour EEG (which is very upsetting for a child) monitor at home and they found some marginal "activity". They then had us do an in office EEG, and I was told the situation "was getting better" whatever that means. They then made us do an MRI, which had some small finding we were told. They then made us go to an ENT, who told us that this was no issue. They then told us to do a 48 hour EEG (son very upset but did it) and the technician put one probe on incorrectly so it gave him severe headaches. Placed several calls to speak to a live person and was told to give him pain reliever. It turns out that the probe was put on too tightly so I fixed it. We turned in the monitor only to be told that the file was corrupted. So, they give out crappy equipment while your child has to endure 48 hours of misery. In the end, no result. Staff crappy attitude that I was upset. DON'T GO HERE. THIS IS MY SECOND BAD EXPERIENCE WITH TWO SEPARATE DOCTORS.

  I see Dr Kozar and I found him to be very patient with me. I came in to the office in horrific pain from migraines and he was like a God sent Angel!
