  These people have excellent service!!! I ordered a book to be shipped to Canada and they said it would take 2-3 weeks. After 4 weeks and still not arriving, I called them and they were more than glad to send a replacement copy. Thankfully the book arrived after a couple more days and they didn't need to replace the order - but the fact they without hesitation were ready and willing to go the extra mile to fulfill the order and send another copy of the book, that really says something. Especially on international orders where stuff can go missing or get delayed in the mail. You guys are awesome.

  We ordered an engraved, leather bound Book of Common Prayer/Hymnal book as a gift for my daughter's confirmation. I know I should have ordered it earlier, but waited until the holidays to do so. They explained that the order would be delayed because the engraving contractor was closed during the holidays. The expected date of arrival was the day before the confirmation. I was a little concerned, but had no one to blame but myself. We received it a few days before confirmation and it is beautiful! Thank you so much!!! My daughter loves it. I also loved the personalized note included in the package. Great customer service.
