  Friendly staff — that’s abt the only positive thing I can say about this place. Parking lot is tiny — wasted several minutes waiting for a spot to open up They claim it is one hour massage, but in reality it’s 10 minute consult + 50 minutes massage (false advertising) Appointment at 12:15, got there late, was in room and ready by 12:25. They didn’t start til 12:30 and Massage ended at 1 pm. Why didn’t it go on til 1:15? Expected at least 40 minutes since I was 10 min late, but got 30 minutes instead. Got no explanation from front desk either — they couldn’t understand simple math when I tried to explain it to them. As far as the massage goes, it was nothing special. I’ve had better at other places. Should have read the reviews before buying. You get what paid for I guess.

  I'm not one to usually write reviews but I've had it with this place. I've had several encounters with the girl who works at this location and wanted to originally chalk it up that she's just been having some bad days. Perhaps she needs to reevaluate her career choice because she is beyond rude and has zero customer service skills. Maybe she could greet customers or at least crack a smile rather than saying "so what do you want. " What I want to do is give her a little lesson on how to treat people with a little respect.

  It was very clean. It was a little hectic because there was only one girl working behind the counter, but she was very friendly to me. She helped me set up an account quickly and made helpful recommendations for my skin type. She showed me to the bed and made sure I was comfortable with how it operated. She also acknowledged everyone who entered or was on their way out. Good experience. I will definitely go back.

  Very clean, no matter what time of day. Outstanding customer service - Nikki is highly knowledgeable and always friendly. Would fully recommend.
