  As a first time buyer, customer service reps Tiffany and Melissa were more than helpful answering questions. The item arrived sooner than expected. Videos on the website helped me understand the process of putting on and caring for a wig. I will buy more when the time comes for a new style or when I start cosplaying on a regular basis.

  This place was awesome! Really friendly and a great help. Just call ahead to let them know what you're looking for so they can have some stuff already pulled for you when you arrive. Great quality and large selection!

  I just left with three beautiful wigs. The customer service is amazing at this location. They pulled all the wigs I requested on-line and had them waiting for me when I arrived. Chemo is not going to be fun for the next six months but now I have my fun wigs that will bring me joy.
