  They can't keep their own appointments, leaving people in pain, waiting for more than an hour for services. Very disorganized. ★ EDIT ★ GREATLY IMPROVED. Fast service, nice people.

  1hr wait to be seen with appointment. TV not working and no mags to read.

  Great place great customer service I actually fell coming through the door and without no hesitation there were people to help me up

  Never even walked thru the door. All it took was one phone call to know I will never go to this place. Called for an appointment, lady answers the phone, and introduces herself. I greet her and say that i am calling to make an appointment.. (pause) ...hello?.... then she replies.. im not at my desk, leave a mssg. WHAT THE HELL!! And they want my business? Who thought that was even remotely ok? If they let that childish garbage represent them, what else is lacking? I was in shock.. As a business owner, I could not believe this utter tasteless, childish and unprofessional behaviour was on full display and representing this business. I immediaty called my doctors office right back and told them to find me another facility for my mri because there is absolutely no way I am ever going there! When i explained what happened, i got the feeling that i was not the only person who will not be going there. So, Congradulations! You make other imaging places happy.

  I had a appointment for a MRI at 9 am. I called the day before to confirm. The girl said yes your appointment is for tomorrow and please arrive a hour early since I needed sedation. I get there after taking my sedation pill and am told my appointment is for the next day. Um well that's not going to work because I already took the pill and I am loopy. They refused to squeeze me in even thought they admitted the girl confirmed my appointment and messed up. Luckily there other location had a cancellation. My husband drove me there and I was taken back right away. The staff was much more friendly. They also have coffee, water and cookies for the people waiting. There waiting room in much nicer and cleaner. My advice is drive a little further to there Mansfield office. It's worth driving the extra 5 miles. Also the lady who assisted me for my MRI was patient with me and very nice.
