  Derrick is the best tech ever! He is great with the residents, is very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. We enjoy working with him to keep the residents at our property happy!

  I am a property manager in Fort Worth. I just want to give my personal experience with Envirotrol. There were some rough patches here and there, but once the right tech was found, it has been smooth so far. I just love my technician! Martavon is one of the most professional and courteous techs I have encountered in my 13 years in the apartment industry. If it wasn't for him, I would have already switched companies and I would definitely give a lower rating. Every week he comes in and greets us like family. Again, Martavon is a very exceptional technician and we really appreciate his work at Renaissance Gardens.

  VERY FRIENDLY STAFF. EVERYONE WAS SO HELPFUL AND ATTENTIVE. THEY OFFER FULL TRAINING WHEN THEY ARE HIRING YOU CAN BE HIRED WITH NO EXPERIENCE. IN BUILDING APPLICATIONS AND EASY TO APPLY NO ONLINE SEARCHING FOR THE APPLICATION TO FILL OUT. VERY FAMILY ORIENTED AND THEIR CAT IS SOOOOO FRIENDLY...

  Zero stars. Our apartment management had them come out to treat our unit for bed bugs. The pests are gone but envirotrol insists on returning again and again because they claim we have not followed instructions they have provided (we did to a T). They are coming to spray chemicals again for the fourth time even though we have not had bed bugs in months. Management is also charging us for the additional sprays envirotrol insists we have. If you are forced to use them like us, I recommend upon the first treatment taking pictures of your place so you have evidence that you did follow instructions.

  Envirotrol was the pest management company for my apartment complex. To get to the point, they said they found no trace of bed bugs after treatment and I found one large bed bug walking up my shower curtain one week later. So there is no telling just how many more we’re left because I moved out of the apartment complex that same day. I was told that treatment of my apartment complex could take as long as four hours each time they showed up, but I was in the parking lot in my car for about 15 minutes when I noticed their pest control guy get in his car and leave. How effective is a fifteen minute treatment? Not at all apparently. I also placed the furniture that I asked them to specifically treat for bed bugs in the center of the room and was upset to find that this furniture had not been touched at all. It was easy to tell because I arranged the furniture in a way that would easily tell me if it had been moved just slightly. There are lots of other little details, but the point is the combined product they sell in pest control and the service they provide was some of the worst I have ever seen. I strongly recommend against the company, not just for individuals looking to fix their personal home infestations but for apartment management company’s looking to save money. This is because their guarantees are bogus and will end up costing whoever hires them more money than they expected. I would never wish bed bugs on my worst enemy and it disappoints me that a company who dedicates their entire mission to bed bug termination does not even begin to show that same empathy.
