  Sunday pickup. I reserved a car. They didn't have that size when I arrived. Upgraded me to a Jeep Grand Cherokee free of charge. Worked out for me. Although if you're looking save gas. May not work for you.

  Excellent experience renting at the Paramus, NJ Rt. 17 Enterprise. Pick up was fast. Andy took care of us when picking up our rental, he answered all of my wife's questions, he had a good attitude, was polite and very professional. When dropping off the rental we were taken care of by Andrew, the Branch Manager. He also had a good attitude, was polite and very professional. We had an issue with our rental that we didn't find out until we had reached Florida, we explained to Andrew our situation and he took care of the problem right away. I will continue to use the Paramus Enterprise for my future rentals.

  Disappointed that I was not given a car with Bluetooth, even though I always request one. Otherwise, this is a fine establishment.

  Absolute worst experience. Run far away from this establishment. The manager was a nightmare and extremely rude. Their cars all smell like mold and so dose the building. Not happy with how I was traded there at all. Very uncomfortable.

  We have used enterprise exclusively for many years when the need for a rental car arises. It is a family owned business that, amazingly enough, actually treats you like 'family!' Excellent customer service from Chris and Hailey, who took the time to be certain that I was completely satisfied with a vehicle comparable to the one being temporarily replaced. Extremely professional representatives who made the process smooth, comfortable and quick.
