::This location always boasts great staff and stellar service. Their are conveniently located near downtown and are always professional and courteous. The staff members go the extra mile to make sure every vehicle is running optimally and meets my needs (they even upgrade me if possible)! A great choice if you need a rental.

They always great you in a friendly manner and go out of their way to make sure your experience is great and that you get your car checked in or out in a very timely manner. I can't imagine renting my vehicles from any other place.

::Horrible experience on all levels of customer service. I called the national hotline number to make a reservation and when I called the local branch the next day not only did they not have the reservation but they did not have the car size ordered and so it increased my costs. The staff did not tell me everything I would need over the phone to make a rental with a debit card which increased my checkout time. The car smelled bad and the staff was extremely condescending in speaking with me. They also could not do a pickup on a Sunday because "we are always so busy on Sundays and are understaffed"....well, if you are always busy on Sundays, perhaps you should increase your staffing. Seems like a pretty simple solution but since most of my problems originated with the branch manager I may be overestimating the ease of the solution. I won't be coming back to Enterprise again when I need a rental.

::Kyle and Blake made this the best experience I've ever had. We had to be at a funeral in 24 hours and rented a car from this location. These guys gave their all to help us get there safe and promptly. They were empathizing and understood the necessity and severity of the situation. Whether your in a bad situation or just renting a car these guys will 100% give their best effort to assist and make things work for you. I will never rent from anywhere else due to the devotion and legendary service these guys gave.
