  This location is not bad but this review is specifically for the call centre. They're very rude and they're not helpful at all. They don't give correct information and not willing to communicate back and forth, it's like they were giving us orders to follow and wouldn't answer our questions directly.

  The guy hung up on me mid sentence. Because I said I wanted to wait and talk to the insurance agent of the guy who hit me, I was only using the rental until my car was repaired, before I continued the conversation, so the bad employee just hung up on me instead of realizing that the insurance agent was the one who was giving one of us misleading information, not me. Do not go here. Or any enterprise. They're not patient at all.

  Horribly managed. Management does not provide coverage during hours of operation. Expect to wait for assistance. Management fails basic 101 Customer Service.....Come on Nick! You don’t cancel reservations because you no one manning the desk. Corporate to be embarrassed. Nick needs more training...basic at best. Avoid at all cost. Go somewhere else. We did!

  Great speedy service.. Staff very friendly... Car was brought to the front door and A/C was on full to cool car for us in over 100F weather... Easy drop off at compleation of rental... Would recommended to anyone and would definitely use them again 👌

  This location gets 5 stars. Everyone who works here is excellent. Great customer service. Quick and convenient pickup and drop off to our hotel. I only rent from enterprise and this location was one of the best I've experienced.
