  They were extremely courteous and helpful. I originally ordered an economy car but when they give me the accent and it was too small to fit my stroller they immediately accommodated me with a mini van to make sure I had the room to fit all my babies cargo. They were friendly and professional. Everything was explained clearly and they made sure to verify all my information.

  I Love the people here, enjoyed laughing with them while getting the rental set up. The process was easy and even fun. The level of service provided is above and beyond and better than other enterprise locations. When I came back to return my rental, they generously gave my kids and I a ride home. Their weekend prices are super reasonable and I may use their services for obtaining sweet rides for the weekends even when my own car isn’t in the shop. Thanks guys. You rock. Keep reppin for Raleighwood.

  I rent with Enterprise on a weekly basis for company travel. The customer service at this location is amazing. Special thanks to Gregory B and his team for making my rental experience stress free even when it is a last minute call which happens often in my line of work. ☺

  Rented the cheapest car possible for 4 days. When I got there I was offered a brand new 2018 Chevy Colorado for the same price, hell ya! Had a great trip with my girlfriend. The service was also super nice. They are conveniently located downtown as well. Also cheapest price for under 25 yr old renters!

  I love this location. I used to deal with the Clayton office but I moved and now deal with downtown. Staff is always pleasant and they make sure to get me in and out. Any issues they go over and beyond to fix it. The manager of the office Scott always makes sure to greet me by name. I only use Enterprise for all my car rental needs. If it was not for this office I would never rent from Enterprise again!
