  We chose to get a rental car from this location because of a significant price difference from the airport location. We called for a ride from the train station, were put on hold for 20 minutes, and proceeded to walk with our luggage while waiting for their "we'll pick you up" guarantee. We never got picked up. Once there, they did not have any vehicles available except for a Ford F150, which we didn't want but didn't have any options. The truck started having mechanical issues while driving to Colorado Springs and we had to swap it out, which they were not happy with at all. No issues with the second vehicle (Hyundai Santa Fe). Both locations were highly understaffed and none of our interactions were pleasant with the Enterprise staff. They were uninterested and really did not seem friendly at any time. I would never use or recommend this company for future rental car needs.

  These folks excel at customer service! They never hesitated to make our rental a great experience. They picked us up at the train station and set us up with a vehicle that was better than what was promised. They checked us back in as fast and efficiently as possible. I will be back!

  Love this place! Renting was SO easy. We took the train from the airport and they picked us up at the station. Staff is amazing! And it saves you a LOT of money over renting at the airport!

  Consistently professional and attentive. Appreciate Enterprise doesn't push their insurance coverage using fear tactics. I prefer "Gold" Service" offered by other companies (no waiting in line, just go to car and drive out) but also appreciate Enterprise associates are courteous and walk the customer through the rental process and car inspection. This is especially helpful to new or occasional renters.

  i have rented from this place several times and it has never been a disappointment, one time i brought the car back with a full tank rather than half and i was given credit for that half tank. This was thanks to the manager ( sorry cant remember the name,its a gentleman ) This labor day weekend i was able to use my credit towards my gas and they guy Matt was great, very nice and helpful. Thank you !
