  The staff is very friendly and helpful. They were attentive to our special situation and did not hesitate to accommodate our need. Would rent from here again.

  Picked up my Hyundai Veloster rental in Jamaica, dropped it in Floral Park via Geico claim. Given to me with 3 foot very bad scratch on the side which I made sure Jamaica took note of. Floral Park gave me a very hard time and made me wait over an hour while they called Jamaica (who of course did confirm the damage). Then after all of that time, he decided he wouldn't return $120 of my security deposit because of the "odor of smoke and the messy car that needed a serious detail". (Claims by the manager of the Floral Park location.) Never in my life have I ever smoked anything, nor did anyone aside from myself enter this rental whether it was alone or accompanied by myself during the period of the rental. My family members and I have rented with Enterprise a countless number of times through a Geico claim or just on our own and every single time we return a rental, we make sure to use our Shark dustbuster to quickly clean up just to ensure we AREN'T charge any sort of detailing fees. I tried explaining all of this to the gentleman at the Floral Park location but he was NOT having it. He quickly turned rude because he felt lile he needed to get some money out of my as he had been accusing me of the damage on the car directly and passive aggressively multiple times. I didn't take it to corporate or anything more but my family and I will NEVER rent from Enterprise again. I didn't lose on this, Enterprise did. It's unfortunate because I love the Syosset location and Jamaica location on Hillside Ave even though they gave me a car with damage, they owned up to it.

  Almost have great customer service at all locations I have ever been to. I mostly only rent cars from them now and days, the tried a few other companies this pasted summer and was very disappointed with them.

  Customer service is very poor. They don't pay attention on their service and customers. Vehicles are not cleaned. Somewhat disappointed but could be better..

  Quick note about Grace. She definitely made the experience so much more enjoyable this morning. It was our first time at this location (Roslyn normally) and she saved us money which she didn't have to do and she was just all around very pleasant and professional. Many thanks!
