  Considering it was the morning rush the staff still did a good job at getting us out the door and in our car. Key drop for the return saved us time so that was nice. Easy walk from MacArthur BART.

  I come to this location at least four times a month to rent a car for work-related travel. The staff is always professional and friendly, I get reminders the day before with a personal phone call even thought I get reminders via text and emails, but it is above good service. I know the young men by name, Julian, Matt and Chris, and they always welcome me by greeting me by my first name. I have a positive experience every time.

  I asked for a 4 wheel drive car, paid $40/day extra for a 4 wheel drive car, was told i got a 4 wheel drive car(it wasn't). Then got turned around on i80 near Tahoe because the car wasn't actually 4 wheel drive and it was snowing. I was then asked by the manager how much of a discount I wanted, and he offered me half that.

  I recently rented a car for a 10 day, one way trip. I rented at. Enterprise because it was the lowest rate and most convenient. I teen I arrived at the office. My reservation was processed very quickly., all electronically, And the staff was very pleasant.. I was given a choice of between 2 cars, a Ford focus or a BMW. After considering it for one and a half seconds we selected the BMW. No additional charges. Returning the vehicle was also very quick, done electronically., and the personnel? Very pleasant.. This experience was in sharp contrast. To a recent terrible rental from Ace and a mediocre experience with Hertz.Hertz had all sorts of additional fees, including an airport concession fee for a location that was not at the airport.
