  "Upgraded" car they gave me had a bad battery. Stalled in my driveway. Took them hours to come get it.

  I frequently rent from this location. They are a prime location with high traffic so the car selection can be limited at times but the staff works extremely hard to get you taken care of. John Michael and Brian are great!

  My company works with this office very frequently and they are friendly, flexible, and helpful in all situations. John Michael and all other staff have been great to work with and they remain my company's preferred vendor.

  Had to wait about 20 mins to get the car I reserved, but they gave me a full tank of gas free for the wait

  This location has the most friendliest and the most professional staff ever that were very helpful and curteous even during these "after Harvey" days. I do want to thank Brooke and Brandon specifically who were very accomodating in getting me a car after my car accident. Thank you guys!
