  The employees here have been great both time I have rented. The cars are comfortable and clean.

  This place is not pofessional. Not polite, very rude, car sharks and money driven hungry. Pouncing and eager to get the most money out of you which is ironic because they dont get commissioned... or do they???!!! #Grimey Customer service. There is one specific worker there thats a liar and spiteful left a voicemail flaunting that you owe money when you dont.

  Can't say enough about the quality of the agents at this location. During a crazy busy holiday week, they all did a great job of handling the madness. Likely, the best car rental experience I've had stateside.

  I want to be very clear that the employee who was working this facility did an absolutely fantastic job, given the horrible situation she was put into. That being said, the experience here was something you could expect while renting a car in a third world country. On a holiday weekend, they chose to have only one employee working. So I was in a line of 5+ people for 30 minutes, just to pick up the car. And the best part, the people in line behind me were told there were currently no cars for them. These are people that had confirmed reservations. I was upgraded to a full size pickup truck (which for some people would be unacceptable) but for me it was nice, and at no additional cost. I should add that it was either that or wait the 30 minutes estimated for them to bring more cars... Overall, this was a complete joke. To see this gigantic business run in such a horrible and unprofessional way was very unsettling. Once again, props to the lady at the counter. She was the only thing that kept my head from exploding. None of this was her fault, just a terribly managed business.
