::The folks at Enterprise Astoria, 31st Street really understand customer service. I have rented twice from them now and each time they call the day before to confirm the booking, then see you quickly when you arrive and get you into a car and on your way. You are in and out of there within 10-15 minutes. They are helpful professional and polite and seem to care about the customer even though you are only there fore 15 minutes (while I was there the manager even ran outside to return a customer's coffee he accidentally left inside). Dropping off the car is done within 3 minutes as they meet you outside with a tablet and quickly run through your rental before receiving your final approval on the total cost. They even made a change for me without a problem. Definitely the best Enterprise I have been to and arguably the best car rental experience I have ever had.

::Wonderful customer service experience! The staff were friendly, attentive and welcoming. When we returned the car really appreciated an actual lift to the local diner-Bel-Aire diner-in the area since my sister and I was unfamiliar with the surrounding neighborhood. It meant alot!
