  Nice people when you're there, but understaffed and long wait times. My main complaint is that I've made four phone calls and talked to three people trying to get my garage door opener back but I can't get them to mail it, tell me if they already mailed it. They won't answer the phone or can't. They don't return calls (I got told by two people they would call me back and they apparently couldn't be bothered). I won't be back here.

  Enterprise is consistently friendly and easy to work with. If your on vacation or business..this is the place to rent!! TJ understands the nature of true customer service and good business operation!! Thank you

  Enterprise is so great to work with! They make the rental process very easy and quick. The quality of the subaru I got was great! It was clean, ran well, and was a good car to have while mine was being repaired. I'll definitely rent from Enterprise again!

  Very busy and always understaffed. Decent selection of cars. I wish that this place was better. Good prices. Always new people starting here. Fast and friendly service. In and out under 15 minutes.

  I had an excellent experience at this location. I wasn't feeling well and the agent went out of his way to make me comfortable. I had to take a call from my Dr when I arrived and found a cup of water there for me when I returned. The agent was so thoughtful and considerate. I am SOOOO impressed with the level of customer service! The car was a non-smoking vehicle but had been smoked on. I didn't notice until the following day because I was so congested when I picked it up.
