  I made a reservation for a minivan and was called on the day I needed the van(also a hour pick up) that the minivan I need it was no longer available and no place in the area had any as well. I spoke to many agents who did not care to help. I also asked if there was another vehicle close to a minivan that they could offer and was told a five seater. If I needed a five seater I would’ve just taken my Honda

  I rented a car from them because someone hit my car and my car was in the shop being fixed. They told me I had to put down a 50$ deposit and it would be refunded within 24 hours. I should have never game them my card, but i thought they were an honest company. They never refunded my 50$ and then a month later there was 500$ taken out of MY bank without my permission. They knew damn well it was supposed to go through the insurance company of the person who was at fault and hit me. When I called no one wanted to help me and they have the worst customer service. I’m still working on getting my money back, as I had to call geico myself and work on a claim. All of the employees at enterprise are incapable of doing their job it’s pretty pathetic.

  Excellent customer service and excellent rentals. Friendly and courteous! I will not go anywhere else to rent a vehicle! Thank you Enterprise for a great experience!

  The Smithtown location employees should be commended for their quality of service. Have went to this location several tims and they deserve 10+ rating. They excel I'm customer service. Would highly recommend this location as well as Enterprise rent-a-car for the great prices.

  Everyone there is always polite, very helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Some auto rental companies act as if you're doing them a favor, but not Enterprise especially as has been my experience at this location. Nice job to all
