  The service is brutal! I have dealt with this company six times and all six times they have f***ed me over. They have confirmed my reservation online AND verbally, then wholly disregarded my requests. They will give you a completely different vehicle (minivan or F150 when requesting an economy vehicle), make you call other locations looking for availability last minute and AFTER being confirmed for a reservation, cancel on you at 4:56 PM when they (and all other car rental companies) close at 5 PM. I would like to add that these issues have happened multiple times, in the same experience, and also at different locations. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They have left me with no choice but to suffer than ever use Enterprise again.

  This particular Fort LEE location for enterprise is exceptional. Upgrades are given if available. I was a bit concerned when Andrew the prior site manager relocated. However Tiara is awesome! She goes above and beyond and her responsiveness is unmatched!

  I have been using this location often, for several years, and aside from usually getting cars with less than 1/4 tank of gas, they are usually pretty good. However - Don't drop your car off at this location after hours!!! I recently did and was told several days later that I was responsible for damages that occurred after I dropped it off. They have cameras pointed to the entrance to the lot and the area where I parked it, but told me that even if they looked at the video and saw someone else hit the car (which they refused to do) I was still responsible for it until they checked it in. So either an employee, or a customer with no conscience is responsible, and they do not seem too concerned about the insurance fraud.

  This is the best enterprise location I’ve rented from. It’s easily accessible from all surrounding areas and worth the trip. It’s always a great experience. From the customer service to the rates- 5 stars every time. The rates here are usually less expensive compared to surrounding locations not to mention other rental companies. Plus the people are nice and professional and the cars are never gross or with too many miles.
