  One of the best rental car experiencees I've had . Every employee knows there job and never a problem for drop off or pick up .

  Had booked a rental that said I could use my debit card and my license. But because my license is from out of state I need a major credit card. No exceptions or if I live in Florida and have a Florida ID and use a debit card I need to show a utility bill that's paid and not behind. What a ridiculous rule you have. I will never use your company again. Very very very disappointed.

  I was led to buy the manager Ruth and disrespected by Ashley the associate the car they stick me with was complicated for me to strive and Ashley told me well drive it or don't drive nothing.....I called Ruth she assured me that i would be able to exchange and 3 days later nothing lucky for me someone insurance paying for the car but I'm paying for taxi sure to unable to drive vehicle safely and I'm not going to pay off it gets damaged after i couldn't safely drive this so don't go to Duval st enterprise but After this service insurance companies need to get a deal with gertz or budget cause these gut are the worst. Only gave it 1 star cause you do thing no more
