  The rep who checked me in seemed great but when it came time to return the vehicle, which I had to do outside of regular business hours, I had no clue what to do. It's a hotel location and it wasn't clear where I should park the car. I ended up calling the hotel and they knew nothing, then the 800-number for Enterprise. Not renting from them again. Too much hassle.

  Good place for car rental and very good customer service. I had used enterprise in California also, pretty much similar quality of service. Just be careful on the pre-filled gas option as its tricky and charged very high from the normal gas price.

  This was the best experience I have ever had renting a car, and I have rented hundreds of them. The staff is friendly, attentive, has amazing follow thru, and even upgraded us at no charge when they felt the car they had given us was not up to par. I will definitely rent from them again! They were a phenomenal team!

  Worst experience ever at this enterprise. I rented a car from here for about 10 days, didn't take there insurance which they were not to happy about. It's good to note that I worked with the manager of this branch upon receiving and returning the car. I had rented an economy car and upon arriving the manager was talking about the Ford Fusion hybrid and how great it was on a gas and asked if we would want that, we tentatively agreed and then asked is it more money? And her response was Oh of course let me check-- it was 50 extra dollars a DAY, which would bring my daily rate from 30 to 80. Now I understand it's a business but your gonna rent me a car for MORE money and not tell me ahead of time about the price difference?? Then we returned the car today, manager again comes out to inspect the car with a flashlight pointing out every little scratch. When we inspected the car upon initially renting we looked at the car in a dimly lit garage and there was no flashlight to look at things. She then charged us for minor cosmetic scratches on the hood (no dents, very faint light paint scratches) and that they are considered damage to the body of the car that must be fixed-- had to get insurance involved and then said this wouldn't be a problem if you had taken our insurance. IT WAS LIGHT LITTLE SCRATCHES ON THE HOOD!! As we are on the phone with insurance she is in the back of the office talking about us to her coworkers making snide comments. We will NEVER rent from enterprise again -- horrible customer service. If you must I would go to another one in Stamford. P.S. As I learned today, credit card companies usually have car rental insurance built in to them as long as you put it on the credit card and do NOT take the rental agencies insurance. This is going to save us money thankfully.
