::I was pleased with the vehicle used as a substitute for the one I requested. The suv could have been better cleaned but more importantly, it drove smoothly and all the electrical/technological features were in working order including the automatic shut off feature of which I discovered while driving. Thanks goodness for buttons that work! Thanks for the suv. I will be back for future road trips.

::This review is long overdue. I have rented from this Enterprise location 16 times in the last 6 months, and it is always a pleasure. I actually go out of my way to rent here (there's an Enterprise closer to me) because it's such a better experience. The team here is amazing, accommodating, and everyone is in a good mood. The other massive positive about this location is that they do after hours drop off on Sunday. This can save you the cost of an extra day on your rental AND the hassle of trying to find parking to return on Monday. Rent here, you won't regret it.

::Rented a car from them for the first time this weekend. It was an excellent experience. Their system is smooth, their car lot is easy to rent from and return to (since it's located on street level), and their staff is incredibly friendly and attentive (to name a few things, they didn't mind me changing my reservation time twice, they gave me a free half hour grace period for returning the car on the last day, and when the staff were busy helping other customers the manager came out to help me wipe down the back windshield when I picked it up [they hadn't had time to clean it since it was returned since it was after sundown]). Will definitely use again, and contrasts massively to some *other* rental car places I've had the misfortune of using around Cambridge.
