  By far the BEST place ever. Ever single person is so beyond friendly and understanding. Easy affordable service and was able to extend the rental with not one single issue. I will use this place time and time again if I had to. Recommend to anyone look to rent a vehicle.

  The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They were very accommodating. I was able to upgrade on the spot, which I thought was very convenient. Will definitely rent from them again!

  Out of all of the choices one has on Long Island to rent a car, this Enterprise office in Commack is the best. They are a small office, yet have a very good selection of fine cars. As for upgrades, they will work with you to get a car that delivers an experience for you. With their pick-up/drop off service, who can beat them? Great customer service on-site with really fun personalities. Enjoy your next rental and go with this office if in the Commack area.

  The customer service at this location is excellent. The staff are willing to go above and beyond to give you what you want if they can. Unfortunately they did not have any full sized sedans when I picked up the rental. I called back a couple times to change it out, and the staff never lost patience with me. They went out of their way to make it happen.
