  For a company whose motto is "we'll pick you up", don't try and change your drop off location! I called to see about dropping my car at the airport instead of the downtown Portland location I originally planned. I was told it would be an additional $175! Never again! Back to renting from Hertz/Avis for me.

  We use enterprise on Burnside quite often. We have had many instances where we rent a compact car on their website and when we get there, they say that the site wasn't up to date with what they have. We end up having to drive a van or truck, which we are not comfortable driving. The website is also vey buggy and we have to find work arounds just to see our reservations. We will continue to go here because it's close to our home, but hope that they can make some future changes to improve these issues.

  I have to use this location frequently on behalf of PSU, and though they are always busy due to being a downtown location, they are also consistently helpful, accommodating, and cheerful. I really appreciate these people, they make my job much easier :)

  Fairly fast and easy. Staff are cheerful and helpful. Price was best for this area then but not A great price compared to other places in the country. A good experience.

  Although when you “reserve” a specific vehicle, it is rarely what they have when you arrive. Fortunately this time the AWD Subaru was the best vehicle for a trip to Seattle (up in lots of rain & back in rain & snow). The staff are energetic & not too pushy when it comes to add on options. Overall they do a good job & have s number of convenient locations.
