Iโ€™ve lived in Oklahoma for a year and half. I was invoked in a hit and run accident last week and did not have rental reimbursement. (My fault) Called yesterday to set a reservation and was told to bring either a pay stub for the last two weeks, utility bill, OR a phone bill. I brought the pay stubs, and my debit card. I get to the office at 7:30 this morning to be told I needed a utility bill or phone bill and they canโ€™t help me. I have proof of rent, car insurance that proves I live there, my car payments, and my MAJOR credit card shows I live here. Now, I donโ€™t have a car, and will NEVER use enterprise for any reason at. The managers at this location are young, rude, and need to brush up on their customer service skills. Working in retail I know how to help my customer.

The team members of enterprise where friendly as always. Car was nice and clean. My pick up for the car was late. I think he got busy with something and just forgot.

I hadn't rented from Enterprise in a while and was pleasantly surprised! The staff were outstanding in their professionalism and also gracious in providing customer service! Will definitely use them again!

4 years ago I rented a car here while our Subaru was getting repaired from storm damage. They gave me a nice Jeep Grand Cherokee. A few days into the rental my dog kept digging aground in the back seat, so I started looking around. I noticed a old smell from my past and I reached down between the seats to find a nice big zip lock bag of weed. Thanks Enterprise!
